Yes! SignalAIX supports integration with major brokers and exchanges including Binance, Coinbase Pro, MetaTrader 4/5, Interactive Brokers, and more. Navigate to Connected Exchanges in your account settings to link your trading accounts securely using API keys.

Go to Profile & Security settings and click on "Enable 2FA". You can choose between authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy) or SMS verification. We strongly recommend using an authenticator app for enhanced security. Make sure to save your backup codes in a secure location.

Navigate to API Integrations in the Automation section. Click "Generate New API Key" and provide a name for your key. You'll receive both a public key and a secret key. The secret key is only shown once, so make sure to copy and store it securely. API access requires a Pro or Enterprise subscription.

Webhooks can be triggered by: new signal generation, signal updates (TP/SL hit), portfolio changes, alert triggers, price threshold breaches, and custom AI prediction events. Each webhook includes a JSON payload with all relevant data and can be secured with HMAC signatures.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from Subscription & Billing settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months, but you won't be charged for future periods after cancellation.
